Where we come from.

Ten Rivers Systems started from a plain observation: a small business runs on a stack of systems that were never designed to work together. The storefront, the books, the tax engine, the bill pay, the bank feed, the website. Each was set up at a different time, by a different person, for a different reason. The work is making them run as one thing the owner can actually read, and keeping them that way.

That is where the name comes from. Ten rivers, one watershed: many separate systems joined into a single channel. Ten is deliberately concrete in a field full of abstractions; you can count it. The mark is ten bars cut by one river, which is the whole idea in a single figure.

Leave every system we touch configured right, connected right, and documented so the owner can trust it after we're gone.

We work at the front edge of AI and put it to the parts of a job it genuinely makes better: reconciling thousands of rows, catching the exception a person would miss late in the day. Where we use a model, we say so, and we review its output by hand. What we hand back is not a black box. It is a set of systems that work together and a plain-language record of how, so you are never dependent on us to keep running.

Ten Rivers Systems LLC is a North Carolina company. We work with small businesses only, by design: the specific, hands-on work a large firm would not take on and a generalist would get wrong.
